Could hold some gum or candy too, just has countless uses. Or a powerful protein-bar for once you've reached the half-way mark to keep you going.I love how stylish it is as well, I'm not worried at all about looking funky in it. It's just really pretty classy, honestly, the pictures don't do it justice. This is also the first one I've seen that is waterproof, so if you get caught out in a storm you don't need to worry about your valuables inside getting damaged. HUGE peace of mind with that as I live in an area where storms can come up quite suddenly.For me I use it primarily to hold my iPhone 6 while I play some jazzy tunes to keep me inspired while I'm trying to get fit. I don't like earbuds that well so was delighted to find that even with the zipper completely closed, I could still hear my music loud and clear. I love having the bit of weight of the iPhone distributed evenly on my body instead of weighing down one side or the other in a pocket. It has just enough rough for a few items that you might want to talk with you when you run, walk, or jog. You could even wear this little fanny pack to yard sale or rummage events as well. It is sleek and nice looking. I really like it alot because it is not ugly. It is neat and would wear this fanny pack to Walmart to free my hands while shopping. You can wear this anywhere you travel because it is so well made. It is very nice and modern looking. It has one big pouch for your phone or ipod. There are two little ones one the side for chap-stick or keys. I honestly forget that I have it around my waist because it is comfortable. There are also some neat little pockets made in side the bigger pouch to put a dollar or two in case you need a bottle of water. The strap is strechy and has a good bukcle in the back as well. Over all this fanny pack is awesome! It does not remind me of the old fanny packs. This one is modern, sleek and nice looking. I think anyone could feel comfortable wearing this pouch. I especially like it because there is a hole made for cords so you can listen to music as well. I am glad that I purchased this item, I think it is well worth the money.

I am both a runner and a mother and I use running packs for both purposes. This belt was very nice and solidly made. The material is a bright, vibrant blue color and also thick. It is not a flimsy running pack. There are plenty of pockets for my stuff with 3 pockets on the outside, one large and one on each side. The main pocket has 4 subpockets for smaller things like coins and credit cards. It's very comfie to wear and fits around my clothes well. This running belt is sturdy and ver well made, it has a lot more room than you would think at first looking at it, I was impressed how sleek it is, we like to go to street fairs and garage sales and this will be my go to bag from here out.
