Why does the description say 10-24 gauge when the photo clearly shows it only has holes for 10-20 gauge?

Will this damage the wire after you cut it? Will it leave marks? My last stripper did this

im using it to strip very small, multistrand wires for battery BMS (this one) https://kit.com/jehu/bms-pcb-kit it seems to work well but im goi g slowly as i only have 600 - 700 18650's to do 7S10P modules per BMS and they need balancing and i need a few 1,000 more. it's delicate work. i use the smallest stripper set of holes

Hi there, is handle of this wire stripper well insulated I mean that you're able to cut a live wire? Thank in advance.

I myself haven't tried cutting a live wire yet, but the handle seems to be properly insulated
