This pillow is so comfortable! I'm a stomach and side sleeper. It gives me enough support while also not being too firm to cause my face to be squished into it. I use a CPAP, and this pillow doesnt cause issues while using it. While laying on my back reading in bed, the pillow contours my neck/head as it is perfectly designed to do. This fits into king sized pillow cases, standard pillow cases are too small for the king pillow. The pillow is light weight, so it isnt hard yo move/readjust during the night.

This is a pretty good pillow. I suffer from major neck pain, and found that this pillow was pretty good when sleeping on my side. I initially ordered the normal one, but then re-purchased the thicker version which was better for neck support. My only issue is that this is not good for stomach-sleeping, which I do around 70% of the time.

Over the years since contour pillows first came on the scene in the early 90’s I’ve purchased more than I’d care to admit to. All in an effort to find the one that truly performed up to its billing and I finally after literally 30 years I’ve found it. I’m predominantly a side sleeper so when contour pillows first arrived, they sounded like the perfect solution to support my neck keeping it in the proper alignment with my spine. Well, after a while, I found that all contour pillows are not alike. Depending on your size, the part of the pillow that supports your neck can be too high or too low unless the manufacturer sells more than one size option allowing one to purchase the correct height thickness to support the neck. Still, it was all guesswork. Nowadays, when you buy a contour pillow it’s usually a one- size-fits-all. Well, unless you can adjust the pillow to the height that correctly supports your neck, one-size-fits-all just doesn’t cut the mustard. Royal Therapy solved the problem by designing a contour pillow with 4 user-adjustable layers to literally custom fit the pillow to the user’s personal needs. Gone are the days when you purchased a contour pillow hoping it was the right one for you only to get it home and find out that it wasn’t made with your neck and head comfort in mind. As if the adjustability alone wasn’t enough to make this pillow a number one contender for the crown and well worth the price of admission, the memory foam is without a doubt far superior to any contour pillow that I’ve ever used. It firmly supports my neck without applying any noticeable pressure or overly firm spots. The surface that your head lays on is supported without allowing your head to sink deep into the pillow, thus, keeping your neck in perfect alignment with the spine throughout the night. Since using the Royal Therapy my morning neck pain is history and the back pain is at least 75% improved and feeling better with each passing morning. The price may seem to be a bit costly and look like other contour pillows costing half the price or less, but that’s where the similarities end. This pillow is filled with what it takes to get the sleep and comfort that the rest of the pack can only promise.

I used a Tempur Neck pillow for close to a decade before it wore down and I needed to repurchase. While I used the medium originally, I never felt it was tall enough. I almost repurchased the large size of the T Neck pillow as a replacement but gave this a try instead due to changes made to the foam/latex over the years and the fact that this pillow has even more loft on this version. I got it and - no lie - it did look comically thick at first. The loft is real! It took me a few days to figure out how to use this pillow, but it works and better than the original did! With the high loft on this pillow, you may have to pull the pillow down an extra inch toward your shoulder to get the neck support fully under your neck. Once it does you'll feel it (and my neck normally pops shortly after)! Needless to say the super high loft is *not* comfortable for anything other than side sleeping so I keep a cheap red circle house brand extra firm cooling pillow handy for extended reading sessions on my back. It sleeps slightly warm so don't use a microfiber pillowcase. Happy I made the plunge, and my neck is actually slowly improving since getting this pillow! It loosens up more quickly in the morning and it's later in the day before jaw tension (grr traffic) does its number on me. If your use case fits mine and your measurements call for the high loft, this pillow is definitely worth considering. I tried a couple of the dedicated ortho pillows they sell on here and they may have been better for my neck but I couldn't stay asleep on them like I can on this one.

Best pillow ever!

I have purchased this pillow before and been satisfied. However, my most recent purchase does not have a higher side. Both sides have a 4 inch loft. It is also softer, so it doesn’t offer the same neck support. This one is going back.

Excelente calidad, super cómoda

Great pillow. Not cheap, but supports neck very well. I have always used feather, down filled pillows that lose their shape, and don’t support my neck very well. I found myself always waking up during the night, adjusting my pillow, trying to tuck it under my neck for more support. This pillow is very comfortable and supportive. Takes a little getting use to because it’s not puffy like a feather pillow. Does not lose its shape.

Happy with the cotton cover and 3 piece stackable pillow. Different configurations to suit side sleepers and back sleepers is easily achievable with the "click clack" system. Disappointed with the overwhelming chemical smell from the memory foam. 3 separate pieces airing outside for days, smell is yet to dissipate, pillow remains unusable indefinitely.

I’ve always suffered from neck and shoulder pain before discovering Royal Therapy Pillows… I bought my first pillow from you 1 year ago and I’ve never slept on another pillow since. This is my 2nd purchase!
