CouzonSilhouette Stainless Steel Five Piece Place Setting

I shopped every store in the San Francisco bay area (as well as online) for over a year to find just the perfect flatware I wanted. Weighty without being heavy, beautifully balanced, elegantly curved without being ornate. Durable yet refined. Spoons that are neither too shallow nor too deep, properly angled, with edges that feel smooth and round when pulled against tender lips. Couzon Silhouette was my selection and I couldn't be more pleased with it. I toss it into the dishwasher with everything else (no special handling at all) and my (mirror) finish gradually develops a softened patina, which I like. The pattern is also available in satin finish. No doubt about it, this stuff is pricey. Worth every penny, for me. I've had it for about 7 years now, and have never had a piece become damaged in any way (it doesn't bend, scratch, warp). Each year or two I replace any lost pieces (w.replacements.com) or add another setting to my collection. Which is why I came here today :)
