Excellent Quality
Very strong and so far I have had no breakage. I have purchased cheaper ones in the past and they just don’t withstand being stretched.

They are stretchy rubber bands
They are just the right size I was looking for and they do their rubber band job of holding stuff closed just as I would expect. They are all the same size which is great. I usually end up throwing out half the bag of mixed sizes, some are too small or don't stretch at all.
