No, it's a paper pad so it's bound by glue adhesive.

Could you use this with tombow dual brush pens to prevent them from fraying?

I have used tombow brush pens on these. And it works fine. This paper is beautiful. As for brush pens fraying, that has nothing to do with the paper. I have had expensive and cheap brushes, eventually they all fray, irrespective of which paper I have used. Hope that helps.

Can separated pages be put through a printer? I want to be able to print my grid while doing ideations

I am not exactly sure, however each sheet of paper is flexible enough to run through a printer. I am not sure if the thickness of the paper may hinder the printing process.
