Would these be like a mini gluten free Nilla wafer?

I enjoyed them very much and would agree that in considering the taste, they could be described as a mini gluten free Nilla wafer.

Are these soft baked?

I've ordered both kinds. My family prefers soft baked. This package does not appear to be. It will tell you in description.

No, they have the perfect crunch to them and you won't find a better taste!
