Not actually a xylophone
Nice, colourful, and high quality. The only real complaint being that it isn't actually a xylophone- it has metal keys instead of wooden ones, which makes it a glockenspiel. It's a nice one, but if you actually wanted a xylophone then you'll need to buy something else.Does this matter? I guess not. This is probably louder and higher pitched than a similarly sized xylophone, which as it's a children's instrument is kind of important.

Within 5 minutes of giving this to my todler, the red part on the top of one of the sticks had come off and was in his mouth. Its a miracle he didn't choke.AMAZON - please remove this product from your website and recall all units sold.

Out of tune.
Nice little toy, the reason I give only 3 star because it’s out of tune, I know it’s a toy but it should be tuned nicely.

Looks like 2nd hand
The item came in it’s original box which was damaged, there was no seal and it looked like someone had already opened and used it. This was a gift but unfortunately I can’t give it as it’s embarrassing.

Good condition but the high A is sharp
Sounds nice - my daughter will have fun with it but it's a little disappointing the one of the notes is out of key.

Great purchase
Appears durable. My daughter and nephew loves it. Good size, good sound and it is quite loud.
