It’s leaking at the bottom :(
The media could not be loaded. Had this full of water for about 2 weeks now and it’s starting to slow leak all over the garage floor.Looks like a poor seam at the base (see video).I’m draining it now and sending it back before It bursts and I get 200 gallons of water all over the garage.

great product if you're willing to spend another $50 and an hour or two
3/4 " plastic fittings are larger OD than the holes, so it's hard to get them seated flat. The plastic parrts also have a hose barb, so won't connect to a garden hose. Buy a standard brass or stainless rain barrel spigot. The PVC wall does not support the weight of a garden hose attached to the spigot - buy a flex RV lead-in hose. This also lets you add an in-line charcoal filter if you plan on drinking the stored water. The tank came with several nicks and pinholes - have some heavy-duty PCV patch materials on hand and be ready to fill, empty, patch and refill the barrel.Basically a clever design - much lighter and than and a fraction of the price of a rigid HDPE tank. Works well once set up.

Doesn’t leak now
This tank is almost perfect for my outdoor grow. At first it leaked so I put non petroleum grease on the washers. It still leaked because I did it wet. After drying it out it hasn’t leaked. This tank is built well and should last. The valve is slow, I wish it would open better for more flow. It is so slow I think I’ll find a better one and replace it.

Problems with leaks
I have bought multiple Grow1 collapsible reservoirs and every one of them has eventually leaked at the seams, usually resulting in water squirting all over the floor. The most recent one I bought only lasted 2 months before it started leaking. Buyer beware, this is not a product that will stand the test of time. Buy something else like a Autopot FlexiTank or a hard plastic reservoir or you'll end up having to replace this thing before you know it.

Very difficult to use.
Came with NO assembly instructions. Once my daughter and I figured it out, it took about a hour to assemble. When we began to fill it, it started to collapse in the rear (the rear legs/section should have had constant adjustment). Once partially full, the tank began to leak at the seem of the spout. This should have been MUCH tighter during assembly. Right now, it is sitting in the garage, drained, and useless (until I get enough energy to finish...)

Defective Product. Even worse customer service.
Product was defective and customer service took a 20% for refunding me. Don't give your money to these people.
