Perfect starter gun
Perfect starter gun. Easy to string up but a little hard to load. I have to get my husband to load it for me. I have used this in the FL Keys to spear Hogfish and other kinds of fish and it is great.

Best spear for the money
Have shot around 15 rockfish and 5 lingcod, gun works perfectly. You do not need to have both bands loaded for either fish. Lots of power.

Buy from Authorized Dealer instead
Got this gun last August based on recommendations from two friends who have this excact gun.This was my first spearfishing gun and I was really excited. At first worked all right. After a third or fourth use the trigger started acting up, it wouldn’t release and it became extreamly frustrating. I have contacted AB Biller and got instruction on what to do to try to fix it.The customer service was really helpful and they ended up providing me with a new trigger mechanism.AB BILLER DOESNT SELL ONLINE, this seller is not an authorized seller!!!Upon receiving my gun ABBiller customer service informed me that this is a two year old model which was discontinue in 2016!!!Be aware and don’t buy from this seller.

This is my fourth AB Biller spear gun. The safety mechanism is very flimsy. The slightest pressure, i.e. me swimming underwater (which isn't very fast) flips the switch to the FIRE position. Numerous times I looked down to see that the weapon was no longer safe, but inadvertently in the FIRE position. I ended up keeping my finger on the safety at all times to ensure it stayed in the SAFE position. Very disconcerting since I dive and spear with my son. (wouldn't be such a concern if I was with his mother) Oh by the way, my 3rd AB Biller gun floated away while I wasn't looking. There probably won't be a 5th.

Last speargun you'll ever buy!
Fantastic speargun. It's small enough to get under tight ledges and also has great distances.

the stated dimensions don't match actual dimensions
The speargun is 35", not 32", - 3" longer then described, the spear is 37.5" - 5.5" longer then maximum dimension in the description. Please be aware of this discrepancy because it might not fit into your luggage.
