Delicious. Great as a snack or with milk for breakfast. Crunchy, nut and oh so good.

Theses are tasty granola cereals / snacks. Probably some of the best tasting ones I've ever eaten. Plus they are filling and satisfying.

I have type 2 diabetes trying to control it with diet. High carb foods that use fiber to lower the net carbs still spike my sugar and sometimes cause me to have high spikes to the 240s . This cereal didn’t do that. I ate 1/2 cup granola with 1/2c whole milk and 1/4 c blueberries. It tasted great and 2 hours after eating my BG is down to 99.(only raised to 130)I’m probably going to try to find a recipe to make this homemade in bigger batches. This kids like it with unflavored yogurt .But you can’t beat the convenience of it being ready to eat.

I aim to follow a gluten-free, high protein, low sugar, diet and missed having cereal and granola. This became a good option for me since as a crunchy, low-carb granola that tastes good. The price is a bit high, but competitive for other keto products. It’s delicious and satisfying, though sugar alcohols may not sit well with everyone.

Absolutely live this granola! It has a super crunch, and 1serving 1/3c does not even blip my blood sugar levels. I mix it into plain Geek yogurt, add in a few fresh berries and prefer this to ice cream.

Very good tasting healthy cereal with less sugar small bags they won’t last long.

It was so awful and tasted burnt! I forced myself to finish the serving, but cannot force myself to finish the bag. What a waste of money! Boooooo.Strawberry one is the next best to the original oat flavor, which is what made me order all of these in the first place. Blueberry is just okay, as is Cacao. DO NOT BUY THIS ASSORTMENT!
