I really like this glass container with stand. The large top opening is super easy to fill. The lid doesn't really screw on tight, but that doesn't cause an issue unless you planned on moving it while full. After a few weeks of use, I'm finding a small amount of leaking that I think is coming from the spout, but haven't confirmed that yet. Overall I'm happy with it.Update: Fixed the leak by reinstalling the spout and it's been leak free for months. Still extremely pleased with it.

This is a great addition to our kitchen. My young daughter can get her own water. The tap does not drop although it does come with a drip tray. I chose this because I could not afford a Berkey water filter, so now I can filter with my gravity fed one gallon Sawyer filter and pour it in here for drinking and cooking. I love that it has a stand so it does not have to be on the edge of a counter since it is glass.

The first dispenser I bought had the faucet part fail, dripped constantly.I bought this one and it sits higher so easier to get a glass under the faucet.The faucet appears sturdier than the dispenser I replaced.I like the pad underneath to sat a glass upon. There is a washer in the faucet which is nice.I hope in the future we will be able to buy just the faucet assembly because that is the only thing that fails.

The only reason I'm giving this three stars on sturdiness is that I had placed the plastic black coaster thing inside when storing it. I moved it to use it and it must have hit just right and shattered the glass so I had to buy another one. I had only used it once.

I have never written a review before but I felt I needed to warn people about this product. It arrived damaged, one of the welds of the bar that supports the bottle on the stand was loose and rolling around the box. No directions were included for how to attach the Spigot to the bottom. It leaks from where the spigot meets the bottle. Unfortunately the packaging it came in is gone so I can’t return it! Otherwise I would. See the picture where I’ve had to secure the bar. I hope it holds. I also had to place the plastic drip cup back under the bottle to catch drips from where bottle & spigot meet.

So I bought this for my mother as a gift and the first time she made agua fresca on it , she had just finished making it when she placed it on the counter when it broke from the bottom and made a big mess , I was expecting a better quality product , it's made with cheap glass.

I use this every single day. I had to google how to put the spout on (LOL) but once I did that, it's so easy to use and clean. Highly recommend.

We put this glass dispenser out on the porch for a few hours with the sun shining to make sun tea. It's the perfect size to sit on the counter afterward, easy to clean and fun to use. Highly recommend!
