Great But Light
These are my first bands and I didn't know what to expect. For me, the heaviest weight one is kind of light so I eventually bought the larger set from THERABAND. I'll throw these into the travel bag for road trips and vacation. They feel well made, not as thick as the larger set but I think they'll last a long time.

Como caídas del cielo!
Estuve buscando por mucho tiempo unas bandas de resistencia ya que soy alérgica al látex. Los kits varían entre 800-1000 pesos y la verdad es que no me convencía ninguno. Por algún motivo llegue a estás ligas y las pedí. Me encantan!! Son súper fáciles de usar y las distintas resistencias están bien. Creo que podrían ser como tal “bandas” y quizás agregar resistencia extra (yo uso la verde que es la de máxima y la verdad no es mucha) pero hacen lo que dicen que hacen y sin alergia! 🙏🏽🙏🏽
