They are half the size they state.
I bought the 2 lb clear casings first time so just assumed they where correct size since it comes in an Amazon bag with no product packaging. They were 1lb casings. Ruined 5 lbs of summer sausage luckily It was a test batch. They work fine I'll be going to a different product with someone else so I can know what I'm going to be getting though.
