Seems to work really well, and quiet....
It's not as bulky as the one I pulled out. It did say something about the little filter thingy (ha ha) being built inside and not on the outside. It wasn't really that so much as the other one was just more weighty and bulky in it's build. I'm not knocking this Delphi by all means... I was just wondering if it's a cheap part in comparison to the one I had. Otherwise from this, it seems to work really well. When I first turned over the key and it started to prime the system it was really loud, and I was like, ' wha the wha wha? ' But, come to find out, that was only the first time.... the second time I cranked my engine or turned over the key, I couldn't hear it at all and I was like, ' oh crap, it stopped working already '. ha ha, it's just quiet... seems to work really well.... I've put I believe 1000 miles on it, and it's working flawlessly.Hopefully it will be a good one... after reading a few reviews on other pumps, I chose to go with the Delphi. One, because it's $70 cheaper than the one at local auto store, and two, because all the cheaper pumps really seemed to be iffy as to whether or not they would last very long. I just saw a AC Delco pump a few dollars cheaper than this one with 5 star rating and said, ' well, hopefully this one will still be a good one. '. I'm not saying that AC Delco are the champions of products, but they do seem to have a reputation for being good quality, and I've never heard of Delphi before. I didn't see the AC Delco when I was searching for pumps.... they hid it from me, ha ha....

Direct fit!
What I bought. Is what I got! No cheap imatation. It was a Delphi. I did not need the 4 pin electrical connector. Basically a plug and play. Make sure to buy a fuel filter along with it. You will thank me later.....

Excellent
Was an excellent price along with the same quality as the oem pump that came out. Simple install only took 1.5 hours after a YouTube video. Pump looked identical to the factory one being removed. Been in car for a week now no issues. Would recommend this product to a friend. Quick shipping too.

perfect replacement, all plugs and hoses fit with no ...
Just as described, perfect replacement, all plugs and hoses fit with no modifications. Shipping was prompt. Only reason I rated a 4 is the pump is a little loud, can here it hum inside the vehicle with no radio on. Overall satisfied.

Exactly what you would expect.
Installed easily, worked just as the OEM pump, had no problems with installation or use. It's been in the car for almost a month and I haven't had any issues. I have not noticed any excessive noise or had any other issue in use thus far.It does come with a new gasket and plate for the gas tank as well. Wires had the proper connections. It was very much an OEM install with no problems. This one went into a 2003 Chevy Cavalier with 2.2L Ecotec.

issues
I would like to have reviewed this item more positively, but there are just too many incongruities related to this item. It isn't a Delphi pump, but that's OK because I was advised that fact right away by the seller, and I gladly chose to buy it after being advised that it was a High Performance Fuel Pump part, however the fuel pump that I received had no identification numbers or marks, and an incorrect seal pre-installed that wouldn't fit my Grand Am, after being assured that it was a direct fit in every way. I had to pay another 13 dollars for the right seal. I requested a partial refund for that amount but received no reply. Also, the pump tubes were bent (crimped) in one place, but mechanic didn't mention it, so probably not a problem. Fuel Pumps Only said it had a one year warranty, but when I inquired from a representative at the HPF website, it's listed as lifetime warranty. The fuel pump works fine, however, and for that I give it 4 stars. I would give it 5 stars, but that could only be done after at least a year of trouble-free use.

Good Pump, Perfect Fit !
Fuel pump died in my 2003 Grand Am. Died right in my garage after being 150 miles out of town earlier in the day. Lucked out there !Kind of figured might be the fuel pump at 168,000 miles. Wouldn't start, so I sprayed some starter fluid into the intake and she fired right up for a second or two. Did that twice to make sure I was correct. Sat in the car and turned the key to the point where it starts up the fuel pump, but the starter is not turning over. Head this terrible "groaning" noise which sounded like a sick and dying fuel pump....lol.Dropped the tank, cleaned things off on the top (always do that before removing the old fuel pump to keep all the dirt etc... out of the tank. This one fit in perfectly. Reinstalled the tank, put some gas in, primed the fuel pump a couple times and she fired right up and runs fine.Good product ! I'd personally always use the Delphi pumps in a GM vehicle. I've head from others that the off market brands don't last as long typically. Easy enough job, but you certainly don't want to be replacing the fuel pump more than once in any given vehicle if you don't have to.
