I’m really pleased with these compression socks! They provided a supportive amount of compression to improve my comfort and circulation in different environments. Plus, they were easy to get on! It was also able to style them as desired with both my work attire and a more outdoorsy outfit. The material feels like good quality, didn’t smother my skin, and it maintained a neutral smell throughout the day. I’m a size US W7 and they fit me true to size. Would recommend for someone who needs a little boost. :)

We bought these after surgery, and they exceeded our expectations. They’re very comfortable, provide excellent compression, and make a noticeable difference. I even sleep with them on because they’re that comfortable. The quality is excellent, and getting three pairs for the price is a fantastic value. I’ve been using the FITRELL compression socks mainly for managing POTS symptoms, and they’ve honestly made a noticeable difference in how I feel day to day. The 20–30 mmHg compression level is strong enough to provide real support without feeling overly restrictive once you get them on. The biggest benefit I’ve noticed is improved circulation and less lightheadedness when I’m standing or moving around. On days when I wear them consistently, my legs feel less heavy and I don’t get that same “blood pooling” feeling as quickly. They’ve been especially helpful for longer days on my feet or when I’m out and about. Comfort-wise, they’re actually better than I expected for a higher compression sock. They’re snug, but once they’re on, they’re breathable and don’t feel overly hot or tight. The material has a good stretch to it, and they hold up well throughout the day without slipping down. I also like that it comes as a 3-pack, so it’s easy to rotate pairs and always have a clean set ready. They’ve held up well after multiple washes without losing much elasticity. The only downside is putting them on — like most 20–30 mmHg socks, they take a bit of effort, especially in the morning. But that’s pretty normal for this level of compression. Overall, the FITRELL compression socks are a solid, affordable option for circulation support, and they’ve been genuinely helpful for managing POTS symptoms and improving comfort during the day.

I love these compression socks. They feel tight but not overly so I would say medium to high compression. I am a nurse and on my feet all day. I need something with good compression and I am comfortable all day wearing them. I have worn and washed them many times. I also put in the dryer and they come out perfect with no issue. They have held up and compression remains as good as the day I got them. They are a great value for your money and I would not hesitate to recommend.

Firstly, the unit sale price was absolutely fantastic at just a little over $5 per pair (with purchase of a three pair set). Which leads to the second point, you get what you pay for. Retired but had spent four decades working as a critical care RN in several major NYC hospitals. So I'm very familiar with the needs of being on my feet for long hours and what compression socks are about, not only for my patients but for me personally as well. In order for compression socks to work well they have to compress. I've had other brands which cost a lot more and despite use and repeated washings for over a year still retain a good amount of pressure. I can tell this by the fact that when I wear them, it is a struggle and chore to get them on fully as they remain tight around my foot, ankles and calves. However, these new Fitrell socks which claim 20-30 mmHg compression feel more like 5-10 mmHg. While they look stylish, they don't really put enough circumferential resistance to do what they say they will do. I read some of the negative reviews beforehand, so I was already aware that others had issue with quality and had easy rips. So when I put them on I purposely exercised much greater care in donning them. Still, I looked at the stitch junction around the fabric transition from the foot to ankle and I can see that the threads there are barely enough to hold that critical area without tearing as they're already stretched without any sort of reinforcing stitch work. I don't imagine that they will last very long. Not a complete failure, but I will wear them around the house and revert to my old regulars when I go out for demanding walks. While I'm not going to return them, neither will I purchase again despite the low price.

I am impressed with not only the quality, but the effectiveness of these socks. They fit well and are true to the size indicated. They are well made and the price is right. One caution: don't put them in the dryer - they will shrink.

These are some of the most comfortable compression socks I've worn. They feel much more like regular socks instead of having that thin, slick nylon feel that many compression socks have. They look great, have a nice athletic style, and are surprisingly easy to put on. I ordered the S/M size, and while I wish they were just a little tighter, I think they'll provide plenty of compression for what I need. Most of my swelling is around my ankles, so these should work perfectly. For the price, getting three pairs is an excellent value. I'll definitely be buying more.
