FITRELL 3 Pairs Compression Socks for Women and Men 20-30mmHg-Circulation Support Socks

I love these compression socks. They feel tight but not overly so I would say medium to high compression. I am a nurse and on my feet all day. I need something with good compression and I am comfortable all day wearing them. I have worn and washed them many times. I also put in the dryer and they come out perfect with no issue. They have held up and compression remains as good as the day I got them. They are a great value for your money and I would not hesitate to recommend.

These compression socks work perfect for me. I don’t have skinny bird legs and ankles, but do have wider calves (17” or so) and size 9 shoe, slightly on the wider side, and they fit perfectly. They are not a battle to put on like some. I can wear them all day comfortably.

Original Review: Not only do these compression socks work but surprisingly they are comfortable to wear. Could not recommend any more. These along with the bamboo socks by Pembrook are the two best socks I’ve ever owned. The only thing is due to the material your feet could slide around in your shoes, but I found a solution: I wear the bamboo socks over the compression socks and it works perfectly. They don’t feel tight in my shoes and I get the benefits of both socks. Finally found a solution to my foot and lower leg issues. Update: I’ve been wearing these for several months now and first I thought they were exactly what I needed but as time went on I could not ignore how much they were strangling my lower leg just below the knee. I bought the XL size ones and they just aren’t enough. I’m 5’7” and if these went above the knee I don’t think it would be an issue but they go below the knee and in that area it has become extremely painful and irritated. After a couple of days of working 10-12 hour shifts my legs can’t take any more. It’s constricting blood flow, the exact opposite of what it’s supposed to be used for. Another update: I went from 5 stars, down to 3, now I put it back up to 4. I started wearing these compression socks again because the tightness around my whole lower leg definitely does help me while at work, you can really feel it, but I don’t see myself wearing them every single day like I was before. I tried another brand of compression socks and just didn’t like them.

We bought these after surgery, and they exceeded our expectations. They’re very comfortable, provide excellent compression, and make a noticeable difference. I even sleep with them on because they’re that comfortable. The quality is excellent, and getting three pairs for the price is a fantastic value. If you need compression socks for recovery, travel, or everyday support, these are a great choice.

Firstly, the unit sale price was absolutely fantastic at just a little over $5 per pair (with purchase of a three pair set). Which leads to the second point, you get what you pay for. Retired but had spent four decades working as a critical care RN in several major NYC hospitals. So I'm very familiar with the needs of being on my feet for long hours and what compression socks are about, not only for my patients but for me personally as well. In order for compression socks to work well they have to compress. I've had other brands which cost a lot more and despite use and repeated washings for over a year still retain a good amount of pressure. I can tell this by the fact that when I wear them, it is a struggle and chore to get them on fully as they remain tight around my foot, ankles and calves. However, these new Fitrell socks which claim 20-30 mmHg compression feel more like 5-10 mmHg. While they look stylish, they don't really put enough circumferential resistance to do what they say they will do. I read some of the negative reviews beforehand, so I was already aware that others had issue with quality and had easy rips. So when I put them on I purposely exercised much greater care in donning them. Still, I looked at the stitch junction around the fabric transition from the foot to ankle and I can see that the threads there are barely enough to hold that critical area without tearing as they're already stretched without any sort of reinforcing stitch work. I don't imagine that they will last very long. Not a complete failure, but I will wear them around the house and revert to my old regulars when I go out for demanding walks. While I'm not going to return them, neither will I purchase again despite the low price.

These are the best compression socks that I've tried! I used to wear them at my retail pharmacy job where I was on my feet all day and now I still wear them working from home at my desk. I got my first pack over 3 years ago and they were still holding up but over time I lost 2 of them and the last white pair was just perma-dirty because of how old they were. I just decided to buy another pack and am now buying another one in different colors. They are easy to put on and stay in place well. I am on my 2nd pregnancy and have not had any ankle swelling either time. That's not why I originally got them, just another reason to keep wearing them. I should mention as well that other brands that I have bought since I got my first pack of these fell apart and started getting holes a long time ago, so I'm not taking my chances with any other brand.

Really pleasantly surprised with these socks. For £15 for 3 pairs i wasnt expecting them to be as good as they are. Just the right compression for me but a little to tight at the top just under my knee.
