Return costs if unhappy
This was too small of a carafe. It was very difficult finding an 8oz. 10 cup carafe. Why? The when I went to return this item, I had to pay postage. TO Slovakia! Why return it? Postage will cost minimum $41.50. The value of the carafe, $42. Ridiculous. Disappointed in Amazon.

Volendo, acquistabile a parte è disponibile una tramoggia (sempre in porcellana dello stesso colore) per l'utilizzo dei filtri conici in carta per il caffè alla Tedesca.
