One carb a serving... you'd think that be worth showing the nutrition label to emphasize to customers, wouldn't you?

Sucralose, isn't that just another type of sweetener?

Sucralose is a safe alternative sweetener. It is processed by the body in the same way that insoluble fiber is, that is, your body does not absorb the sucralose. It remains in the digestive tract and is excreted with other waste. Please do not listen to fear-mongering about sucralose, it is the safest sweetener available, even safer than regular sugar. It is currently the recommended sweetener for women at risk of gestational diabetes and is considered safe during pregnancy and nursing. If you are concerned about your blood sugar, using some sucralose to substitute in things like ketchup is a safe way to keep carbohydrates low. Keep in mind that Splenda, and imitations of it, actually does contain carbohydrates as filler because pure sucralose is around 200 times sweeter than sugar. It has to be cut with a filler to make it measurable for use. Therefore, the Splenda you purchase at the store, does have carbs. This is just some additional information for everyone, and is not relevant to the ketchup here.
