Classy and functional.
Classy and functional. The wood face is a great touch and lets the weather station to fit in on the nicest furniture whether it is on a bureau, a shelf or a table. When plugged in the light can be left on, the colors are bright and while there's a ramp up time for the instructions because there are so many functions it is actually not too challenging to set time and date or understand everything on the screen. It also runs on batteries with the light auto-shut off to avoid draining them. This is much nicer and seems significantly better quality than the last cheapo outside thermometer I had bought.

AS GOOD AS THE NAME-BRAND STATIONS FOR CHEAP
Fantastic product. No need to go with the more expensive name brands. Works as well as the others do and is accurate (I've tested it with a Mercury thermometer and also had all three of my sensors in the same room for 24 hours and they all provide the same temperature and humidity). My favorite part about this is the barometric graph, which will after a few days calibrate and measure trends between your outdoor sensors (you can have up to three, plus the indoor one for a technical total of 4) and predict the weather based off of changes in pressure. The atomic clock is also fantastic, it will adjust to the radio signal coming out of Colorado (the same radio signal that NASA uses to synchronize launches and orbits, and also the same signal all of our nuclear missiles use so that they can all get launched at the same time!), so when civilization collapses in the next few years you'll still be able to tell time and predict the weather (*It does NOT tell radiation levels although that would be a handy feature for the next model)! It even has an alarm feature so you could use it as a clock right next to your bed. It's a bit bright for me for that, although it does come with a handy brightness adjustment feature but that's not quick to operate so for now it stays in my living room.I purchased two more sensors, although the directions were a bit confusing (Google Translate from Mandarin to English NOT FTW, lol) as to how they work but all I had to do was open the back and put the batteries in and choose what channel I wanted (you can choose one through three, being that you can have up to three external sensors) each to be on, and then I shut the case and in about 10 to 15 minutes the device will automatically sync to the new sensors on their respective channels.I don't usually write reviews but this is a great product and I'm really pleased with it. The outdoor sensors could probably be a bit more robust but place them out of the sun and out of the elements (which is where you should be placing any kind of weather sensor anyways) they should last for a long time. Mine have performed flawlessly since March. They will throw odd humidity measurements for a few days if they get wet in rain, and even though they have always eventually returned to normal after drying, I'd advise placing them in areas that are generally free of driving rain.Seriously buy this product. Has all the information you want and does not cost an arm and a leg like the other brands.NOTE: It only comes with ONE remote sensor. You'll have to buy the additional 2 if you want multiple readings, although I only did because I'm a massive weather dweeb and love data. The single remote sensor, if it's placed in a shaded, covered area outside within 100-ish feet (the directions say the range is up to 300ish feet but I doubt it, although I haven't tested that and honestly with how amazing the rest of the product has been it might actually be true) will more than suffice for most casual users who just want to see how they'll have to dress to go outside.Anyhow, it's a great product. No one paid me to write this, I wish they had, I just legitimately like this product.

Bright, easy-to-read display
Has a bright, easy-to-read display and provides accurate indoor and outdoor temperatures. Setup was simple, and the adjustable backlight is a nice feature for any lighting. Occasionally, the outdoor sensor connection can be a bit tricky, but overall it works well.

Bright,Attractive Screen. Accurate and Easy to Read
Love this weather station and the customer service of this company! Bright, colorful ,and easy to read display with accurate readings of indoor and outdoor temperatures and weather predictions. After 4 months my first unit had an issue with some of the numbers disappearing . I reached out to the company and they offered steps on how to how to right the problem . When this didn’t work they promptly set a new unit . Thank you Rachel at customer service for all your help and your quick response.

Definitely could be better
Where to start. Biggest disappointment seems to be accuracy. This thing can be fairly accurate one moment and ridiculous the next. I can walk from outside my garage that is warm, to inside which is obviously a sauna, only to see that it reads inaccurate. The remote sensor has some small holes that evidently measure air temp and humidity. From what I gather, they are kept small and few as to avoid issues of it becoming damaged because of weather intrusion. I assume this to be the same for the base as well, though it does have more openings. It appears that both these pieces are more accurate if they are placed in a will ventilated area or out in the open. The remote sensor seems to work more consistently sitting out in the open then it does against the wall 1 foot underneath an overhang. Two obvious problems with the is, rain and direct sunlight. Even the surface you mount it to can affect the accuracy just by how it radiates heat. I have a smaller temp/humidity gauge in the garage and these two are rarely the same or even close. I wouldn’t even really mind as long as it’s consistent off by the same amount of degrees. The other issue I have is the slanted back. I have mine mounted on a garage wall near a cabinet about eye height (also feel this might be contributing to inaccuracy because the lack of air flowing about the sensors). When this is tilted, it can reduce the ability to see the screen clearly. I currently have a larger screw that protrudes from wall enough to allow it to hang vertically level. There is only one key hole to mount it, thus it lets it swing to either side. Having the power cord on one side causes it to weigh it unevenly thus tilting it. The power cord isn't that long, so unless you have an outlet really close, the power adapter at the end will just be dangling making it worse. Wish it would have had a flat back with at least 2 key holes to mount it. I had no issues with it connecting remote sensor to base or with time setting accurately. You can see the screen clearly at most angles but it does have its limits and is worse at certain angles. It appeared to me that when sitting on a table, you could stand above it looking downward and it would be pretty clear. However when at eye level, tilting it back just a small amount made it difficult, thus the issue with the slanted back. It was very easy to set up and use the function buttons. I liked that these were on the side because I saw quite a few other brands that were on the back. Fine if it’s sitting on a table or night stand but not so much hanging on the wall. For my use I would have liked them on the face. I thought the color screen was appealing vs a mono tone variation. I bought this because my clock quit working. I also wanted to monitor the temp and humidity outside which my current model was not able to remotely do. I paint and do different task in my garage that benefits from knowing the actual temp and humidity. It’s also important to know what it’s like outside as well If I need to open the garage door. Outside condition can quickly change inside conditions if not monitored. Only needed the clock, temp / humidity reading inside and out and easy to read at a glance. For the most part it does that. Price is better than most big box stores I looked at. However it needs to be accurate, or at least consistent to be of any use. This may be going back.

Nice unit, give it a try
So far so good easy setup, outdoor sensor also easy setup, keep out of direct sunlight. pleased with unit, large numerals easy to read, although the date function could be larger.Well see how it performs in time.
