With reservations on a long-term durability, this low voltage landscape wire helped in our project, spanning about 80 feet between the power source (a dusk to dawn unit) to our 9 watts of low-voltage lights. Great qua lity wire, with a razor knife wire is easy to split. Wire is ver pliable, so it lays flat, easy to install. With copper at $4.50 a pound, this was a bargain for the quality of the wire, I am a retired electrician so I know quality wire when I see it!!!

The landscape wire is great for installation of low voltage lighting. I would have rated the wire a five rather than a four if there was an easy way to determine the positive and negative wires. The only reason this matters is when using LED lights. I had to separate the wire for positive and negative. LED lights if not connected probably can cause your lights to flash on and off due to the polerty with the transformer not registering probably.

I recently purchased this hundred feet landscaping wire and to be honest I was pretty impressed by the bill quality of this wire. If you try to go to Home Depot and try to find the same stuff it’s at least twice to twice more than what it cost on Amazon not only this product is cheap but also does the job pretty well. I buried this wire under the gravel, soil and mulch, and to be honest it does what it says. It works pretty well and holds the load amazingly. Just make sure you also have a good transformer to convert your 120 V into 12 V overall I would say that you should give this product a try if you’re doing any kind of landscaping projects in near future

We needed some distance from our nearest outdoor plug and low voltage system to the walkway at the front of the house. This wire certainly helped. Easy to add lights anywhere in the string, and works great. Very happy with ourchase
