Alesis Melody 54 Key Keyboard Piano with Speakers, Microphone, 300 Sounds, 300 Rhythms, 40 Demo Songs, Educational Tools and Music Rest

Unlike the vast majority of cheap keyboards that are of appaling, almost unusably low quality, this is a perfectly decent beginner's keyboard. It's not amazing, but does what you would want a basic keyboard to do. The default voice is a bit grating, but it has the usual plethora of options and features that can improve that. It is good enough for learning and practical purposes, and more than good enough for kids to enjoy pounding on (and it seems to be fairly robust - not yet broken by a year of toddler smacks). If like me you have gotten burnt by awful cheap keyboards in the past, this is a solid option. Bought for £59.99, well worth the extra money.

Wasn't sure what to expect as hadn't heard of this brand before, but had watched reviews of the product on youtube. It has been great! Was a gift for 8 year old who plays on it daily. Great range of voices and rhythms. Microphone is a bit rubbish but keyboard itself is perfect for a beginner. Recommend.

This keyboard says it has 300 tones - of those sounds that I recognise, there are only 4-5 which actually sound right. The remainder are awful. Taking into account the cost of the keyboard, then I consider it pretty good value for money. I am an experienced player and already own a full size 81 key in a different make; which cost around £900, so that is why I say this Alessis keyboard is value for money and quite adequate for any beginner adult or child to learn on. It has good demo songs to show what it is capable of achieving.

Seriously good value for money..!! Has lots of functions and a wide variety of sounds in the sound and rhythm bank. The speakers produced a good quality sound. It can be connected to othe media devices to play along, like phones, tablets and laptops. Purchased as a birthday present for a 13yr old, absolutely loves it..!! I have other instruments made by Alesis, it's a reliable brand, good quality, you shouldn't be disappointed in any way considering the price. In summery.. It's an absolute Bargain..!!

I said good for a beginner, but I’m a reborn beginner, having had synths in the past and in a band. This is easy, as no hook up to pc or amp required. Great for me to write my music, to get the basics down.

I took a chance to buy this as it said it was used but still like new. The whole item came packaged and wrapped- everything was new. Im super impressed and as yet not fully played it but from what I’ve tried so far I can’t wait to get going - thank you

The first one stopped working after approximately one hour of use, I gave it the benefit of the doubt and requested a replacement. That one has stopped working as well. I would not waste your money

Parfait pour débutant car tout est inclus dans la boite -all in a box-. Super piano, J'ai beaucoup de plaisir. Juste dommage qu'il ne puisse pas enregistrer la voix, mais bon, prix parfait pour apprivoiser la bête.
