Size mediumI originally ordered an X-Large but it was too big. After lookin at other reviews and videos ofPeople wearing the belt I decided I needed a size medium. Instead of returning the belt I contacted the company and they were very helpful at getting me the correct size. This is a great company to work with. I would highly suggest you buy from them. The belt is very comfortable and well-made.

I have issues with my lower back and wanted some extra support. Being only 5 feet, I find many belts just too wide. This belt is perfect. I am normally a small , but I was unsure of exact size to order for maximin support all around. I like the ends of my belt completely touching or slight overlap. when I received my belt, I notified the number that arrived with it. In less than an hour I received a response from Benj. The customer service was great, and advice I received was very helpful. Company sent another belt so I could compare sizes. Benj even gave me suggestions to help me pick the correct belt for my husband! Very impressed...Perfect for my needs. Even comes with nice bag for easy traveling

Think i should have purchased a large, i ordered a XL based on reviews, other than that the belt is good and seems effective but won’t stay in place due to it being too big i am 5’8” 205lbs and the XL is big for me my waist is 38”

The material and stitching are fairly good, so despite being made of nylon, the belt is likely to serve you for years. Still, it might not be the best option in case you expect really advanced support. This is the first weight lifting belt I have ever bought. I got into weight lifting about three years ago, and I squat pretty heavy. My max is 175lbs. I’m 5’2 and 110lbs. My waist is 25” and hips are 36”.When I saw this product, I thought to myself “omg perfect! It’s pink!” My favorite color! Super cute!I have used it for about five of my workouts ever since it got shipped to my house. It works really well. I adjust it to the tightest fitting. Definitely supports my back while I’m squatting as well as doing deadlifts.I looked at reviews for other weight lifting belts and this one was the best! Solo creo que pedí una talla grande a la que ocupaba.

Es un producto que me encantó le da muy buen soporte a la espalda. A la hora de cargar mucho peso me da mucha mayor seguridad, lo recomiendo ampliamente! El material con el que está hecho parece muy resistente, lo llevo usando más del mes y no he tenido ningún inconveniente.
