How does should feel when using this device? I feel absolutely nothing just tightening after. My skin isn’t worm either.

no the pads dont move, and it makes no noise. gets warm and also vibrates a little sometimes

Does this helo with acne scarring and open pores?

Yes it helps. My pores were so bad and this is why I purchased the device. I have only been using a few weeks and already a huge difference. Helps with my wrinkles too, bonus.
