I got this item yesterday and was shocked to see the quality of the belt was bad, the color of steel had worn out. I dont understand why these people cant ship good quality products. Atleast someone should check how the product is before its being shipped

Good product but buckle has broken after 18 months of use.

I purchased this item on 13th September 2018.Overall I was quite happy with the product and have been using it quite regularly.However, this morning I found that the buckle has broken and the belt is not usable anymore.Since the product has an 18 month money back guarantee, I shall be grateful if you could replace the product for me free of cost.Thank you.
