Great Value & Work As Good as the Brand Name
These are so much cheaper than buying Lactaid brand lactase enzymes, and they are 9,000 units. Many are only 3,000 units. They come in individual packets, so I like that I can stick them in my purse or pocket, and keep track of how many I have taken. I have been using these for about 3 years, and I both think they work just as well as the name brand.

Take 60-90 minutes AFTER eating!
Since these are basically a pH adjuster, I have experimented with taking 1 or several pills, depending on amount of dairy consumed, and I’ve also found taking them 60-90 minutes AFTER eating the dairy food itself is WAY MORE EFFECTIVE!! I set a timer and go take 2 or 3 pills.I have great results.
