I Own Two For An ESXi Home Lab.
This is the second unit I bought within a month of the first as I found it to be an amazing bit of kit. I set mine up with 4 x 1TB Samsung EVO 860 SSD in RAID 5 using an additional (bought seperatly) Smart Array E208i-p SR Gen10 RAID controller and 32 GB RAM. It runs ESXi 6.7 u3 without issue. 4 x 1GBe NIC's means swift vMotion transfers. Internal USB to run ESXi on boot.Setup, firmware upgrade of all internal components and RAID config were effortless. Can be set up horizontally or vertically, on either side. Rubber bumpers isolate any (minor) fan vibration. The server supports software RAID, but ESXi does not recognize it. I ran 6 vm's including vCenter effortlessly on a single host for the first month. Quiet, low power use and tiny. Perfect for home study and qualification exam practical training. This unit says it is iLO capable, but you need an iLO ennoblement kit to activate it. I have not tested this part of it.Note: The case fan is reported as broken in ESXi. The fan is fine. This is a known bug and easily fixed. Search VMWare articles for the error message you get on the host for a resolution. Takes two minutes to correct.Highly recommended for a small scale VMWare cluster.

Solid system if your looking for a home server
I wanted a server I could leave on 24/7 and not have the power and fan noise of rackmount servers but still get more power than a Nas. This fit the bill perfectly. Wish it had more expansions only one half height pcie slot available. But for what your paying it’s a very solid server.

Great value
So far so good. Setup was a little difficult due to up software, but once I got it working it has been fantastic. You can really only use windows

Perfect home server. Way powerful than Synology.

It's annoying that disks are separate
Server is great, no complaints about its functioning after I got the disks installed. It was annoying that I had to install the disks myself.
