AIRTIGHT Olive Oil Pour Spout for Olive Oil Dispenser - UK Patented Oil Pourer - Hygienic One Handed Open Close Mechanism Keeps Oil Fresh. Dust Caps Cover | Screens Alternative - Green 2 PCs

I’ve been using these for about two weeks now and already I can tell that they are fantastic!! My oil decanter has a larger opening so I needed the extra piece for a secure no-drip grip. I love the fact that with a mere flick of the thumb I can open or close the spout, keeping the oil fresh. Corks deteriorate over time and other plug-type spouts are often leaky or drip. I’ll be getting more of these for friends.

I really appreciate this device. When measuring the one tablespoon of olive oil, I don't waste a single drop as I did when just pouring it out of bottle without this device. I also like the way the opening can be sealed when I am done pouring.

Using one on Trader Joe's organic Sicilian lemon juice to slow down the flow. It does help to not be dumping a TBSP+ into everything plus juice down the side of the 8.45 oz bottle. No adapter needed. Second pour spout I have not found a use for (yet). Well made and been using for a month or so with no issues. Seemed a better option than buying a bottle with "who knows" pour spout on it.

The spouts work well and having the large bottle adapter has proven very handy for me. Being able to open and close them with one hand is fantastic. They're very easy to clean, I soak them in a bowl of soapy water for a few minutes then rinse them well with hot water and they're good as new. Quality control for these seems to be marginal as both my spouts hadn't been properly trimmed when removed from their injection machine. Photos two, three, and four show the lump of plastic in the flow zone of the spout base on one of the spouts. The other spout had a larger stringy piece but I trimmed it before I took my photos. It was a little challenging getting in there to trim them and smooth the edges but I managed. One thing to note is the open-close mechanism has a break-in period, but after a dozen or two operations the lid closes well every time.

These pourers fit bottles perfectly and help me pour the correct amount of oil or balsamic vinegar. Highly recommended them.

Love them! They definitely don't leak and fit my larger bottle very well. I really like the open and close spout. Keeps the bottle nice and neat and the contents fresh.

As advertised. Well made and no leaks.

The open/close spout mechanism works better than I expected. It clicks open and clicks closed, easily. Unfortunately, it has the same design flaw as all pour spouts of this type (with or without cap). After pouring, tilting the bottle back upright causes a bit of the liquid to run down the outside of the spout. You'll have to have something handy to wipe the spout off every time you use it if you don't want a mess to build up at the base of the pour spout, especially if the liquid has sugar in it (liquor, coffee flavoring, etc.).

I would not recommend this pour spout at all. It is described as stainless steel but it is plastic. It was packaged really poorly and came in just plastic bags so was damaged in transit and the pourer doesn’t close properly so wouldn’t be airtight. Overpriced cheap plastic rubbish and I’m awaiting a refund.

Cumple con su función. Se adaptan a botella de bien estrecha y de bicarbonato ancha (viene con un adaptador). No gotea y mermite controlar la salida del aceite.

L'huile ne coule pas à côté, le bec verseur est très pratique!

These work great! I have started eating a lot of Extra Virgin Olive Oil. I had an issue though - everytime I poured it over my food, or on to a chicken I was about to cook etc, no matter how careful I was being, some always managed to drip over the lip and go down the bottle. I buy expensive EVOO, and wasn't happy with the waste. These caught my eye on amazon while I was shopping for something else, so i took a chance with little research and purchased them. So glad I did! Yes, they are a little pricier than others on here but I feel like they were so worth it. The little extension thing to make them bigger fits perfectly in my EVOO bottle. The open/close function is great, and i can see no signs of the oil being left exposed to the air so the seals must be good. On my last two bottles of EVOO, I have not lost a single drop so these will probably have paid for themselves I a few months time in waste! I tasted some oil straight out the bottle (onto a spoon, so not quite straight!) And there was no difference in taste so I dont think the materials they have used compromise the flavour of the product. They feel solidly built, and i cannot imagine one breaking any time soon. Ive been using daily for about 10 weeks I think, and they are still as good as day 1. I only use one at a time, and just swap between them when a bottle runs out so I can wash the other. Doing this, these will likely last me years, potentially never even needing replacing.
