At first, when my husband purchased these cleaning rounds, I wasn’t too sure I would like them. I’m kind of an old-fashioned person and I like to use, what I thought was a proper cleaning sheet, which were full size and if you needed a smaller size, you could tear it apart and use what you needed and you run your cleaning rod down through the barrel and it did a good job. But when my husband showed me these small round pads, I didn’t think I would like them, but after using them to clean, the barrels I was impressed. They went through with ease so much easier than the other sheets I had been using before they did an excellent job and the barrel was spotless when done. The value or the price for these is very reasonable. I think it’s more reasonable than the full-size sheets that I had been getting and would have to tear apart pieces or cut them apart myself. These are already done for me and at the correct size for no matter which pew pew I’m cleaning. I don’t find any lint. There are no patches left anywhere that are uncleaned. I like the thickness of the pads. and they’re so easy to use and they last for several uses. They’re very inexpensive and I think they’re pretty good quality and the convenience is over the top. It saves me time and energy. So if you have any barrels or chambers that you are looking to clean and you want it done right and with ease, these pads are definitely what you want to use. I highly recommend them.

I use these for a 50 cal muzzleloader and they do a perfectly acceptable job. They’re a little thinner and feel less soft and absorbent than the bespoke muzzleloader patches from muzzleloaders.com, but they get the job done and are much cheaper. It can take a lot of patches to get a barrel squeaky clean and so my key metric is price per patch, which is where these excel.

While some of these pads are woven a little loose, the vast majority are excellent for cleaning your .177 calibre air rifle or air pistol. They take lube oil very well, and do grab a lot of gunk as you pass them through your barrel.

I bought the 1¼" round patches and use them with a jag. Works well for everything from .22 cal, right up to .38. They're a little too big for .17 cal, and a bit small for the .50 cal muzzleloader, but I've used them for that. I have used these on both rifles and pistols, but mostly for rifles, and the fit on my jags is snug, not too loose or too tight. Even used them with JB paste and Remington 40x bore cleaner. They do the job and the 1000 piece package lasts a long time.

The patches are thinner than proshot. Also the 2" round is at the very edge of being smaller, like srinkflation.Not tight in my My 6mm rifle. I'll use them to wet the barrel and push beginning & brush foul out but I'll use better to actually clean with.
