Is this price for a case of 4 refill's or is it just for one refill?

Depends on who you order it from. With amazon.com it is 4, but here is an email response from office depot: In researching your request, I could see that the item # 866612 which you enquired is Purell® TFX Instant Hand Sanitizer Gel Refill, 1200 mL, Not a Case of 4. We apologize for the inconvenience. It seems that there is a misprint in regard to unit of measure. Again we apologize for the inconvenience and are working to correct this error. How many uses are in a bottle? Ex. If I'm getting it for my class of 30 kids, about how long will it last if they use it twice a day?

1 ml per use. So 1200/30 kids/ 2x per day/ 5 school days per week = 4 weeks. Or 8 weeks, since there are two bottles per order. That is a big class!

Is there a way to refill these refill bottles with hand sanitizer from a large pump bottle?

actually, you can refill these...you need to cut a small opening in the top of the container and pour the replacement liquid in there and the put a piece of packing tape over the hole. I've done it many times.

On my refill bottles. It has the number 5392. Your number is 5392-02. Will your fill in my dispenser? My top is Grey.

The "-02" simply means that this is a case of quantity "2". This is for a box of 2 x "5392". So yes, it will fit your dispenser if you've been using "5392" all along. As you can see in the photos of the item, the bottle is labeled as "5392".

Expensive but worth it

You pay a lot up front. The dispenser for this isn't cheap either. But at the end of the day, this will last you a long time. It really pays off after just one purchase of this refill. Great for high traffic areas such as an office. These refills last a very long time. Alcohol smell is strong at first, but dries off into a pleasant floral aroma. Highly recommend.
