It's good a product, but mentain facility is not available.if I needed to repair or mantain how to I get support like any parts of product and technician.the carysil customer care should share about this .I'm waiting for your support

Review for Carysil FSCR-01 after 1.5 months usage. (See attached photos)1. Cast Iron trivet stands are sturdy and well made. Though it would have been better to have multiple smaller ones forming the grid than the 2 large ones provided as then it would be easier to handle.2. The burners are not exactly aligned with the trivet stands (see photo) ...not a problem with flat based vessels.3. There are no indicators on the knobs and thus not easy to see the position ( I had to paint marks on the knobs)4. The user manual is not good and does not explain things well.5. A protective metal flap is provided to be fixed at the top of the oven entrance to protect the control panel from the heat during grilling which is cumbersome to put & remove. (very poor design which requires this)6. The oven door must be kept ajar by the help of the above protective flap during grilling.7. Unlike convention platform top gas stove, during a overflow/spill, there is a possibility of liquid to seep down if the liquid is too much.8. The jumbo burner is open on top (unlike the other 3) so any overflow from a round bottom vessel will trickle down and fall on the burner. The burner gets caked with burnt stuff and is very difficult to clean due to numerous grooves and the surface is rough. There is no arrangement for collection /cleaning of fallen food/liquid in this burner. This JUMBO BURNER IS NOT 'SABAF' as mentioned (why the lies) but is 'Defendi' which is also a good Italian burner brand. Not sure of the other 3 burners as no indication is visible.9. The rear of the gas range has vents for heat from the oven. Food can easily fall in these holes and it is not possible to clean/remove fallen pieces.10. The rear edge of the top plate is very very sharp and can easily cut your fingers (I cut my fingers when I was adjusting the position of the gas range). I found out that a simple rubber covering is put on the edge which easily comes off.11. The top glass cover has 2 buffers to protect it when the lid is closed. These as stuck with ordinary glue. One of which came off in 1 week.

The plug needs to be switched on for the auto ignition to work. Had a confusing start because of it
