Chocolate Pecan and Caramel Patty (Milk Chocolate)

Great chocolates

Sent this to my Brother in the nursing home. He was pleased. It would have been nice if quantity was more for the money.

I've been ordering 2 each at a time of the milk and dark chocolates, and they're both delicious. In June, they were shipped without special packing, and there was a teeny bit of melting in just a couple pieces on the top layer in all four boxes, but in this most recent order, in August, the packaging was fabulous. Bubble wrap lined the box's interior with two high quality, reusable ice packs sandwiched between layers. I'm only one state away from the factory, but UPS had some sort of glitch that had my chocolates sitting in their truck for 5 days. The ice packs had thawed, but all four pounds of delicious goodies were in perfect condition.I normally buy pecan turtles from Sunnyland Pecan Farms in Georgia, but they don't ship chocolate during the summer. Nothing local comes close to their quality. In searching for a suitable substitute, I tried Buckeye for its proximity, with melting in mind. I'm extremely happy with the quality and flavor of these and will keep satisfying my turtle vice with Buckeye!

We miss the dark chocolate macademia nut turtle clusters from the Big Island of Hawaii. You know, the famous brand. We would pack our suit cases full of boxes to bring home. We never had enough for family and friends and ourselves. These turtles are even better. Dark chocolate that is almost sexy in its richness, plenty of macademia nuts. And big. Huge even. Way better than what we used to lug back from the Big Island. Packing could be a little better as they slide about during shipping, but each has its own little paper doily so that keeps them safe. Never had a bruise or a loose nut. These things are addictive. And I'm VERY glad that we can get these delivered right to our doorstep. Makes a great gift!!

Perfect blend of dark chocolate, caramel and pecans. I will order more for myself and will be gifting them during the year. I can't stop eating them with just one piece.

This candy was carefully wrapped for its journey to my house. The freshness was amazing! The quality, flavor and price will definitely bring me back for more!

My father loves turtles. I buy him a package for his Birthday and Father's day, every year, from different bakeries/chocolate makers. He said this delivery was the best-one-yet. Quality taste and ingredients.Downside was packaging. All of the candies were melted together on arrival, and didn't have individual papers or ice pack.Will likely order again. Thank you.
