Review/setup help
I’m using Thrustmaster t300 and th8a shifter PlayStation version on Xbox series X and am using Ras1ution. The unit shipped with firmware 1.7. Using iPhone app I was able to update to 2.1. You have to do incremental updates or it won’t work. 1.7-2.1-2.2 etc. I wasn’t able to get it to connect to do 2.2 update over Bluetooth. 2.1 was fine. Had to use PC. You have to first download the update (the updater program is part of that, they don’t tell you this) unzip file and then open file and you’ll see Ras1ution update screen. Plug in usb from Ras1ution to PC then hold center button and click update on bottom right PC screen and it should find the update file and walk you through. Takes only a min. And then will change screen and say update complete. You can unplug and replug unit and see which firmware you have. Updating with phone shows progress screen on Ras1ution. PC does not. I had to do a bunch of trouble shooting so hopefully others won’t have to, but that’s how I got it to work. No issues with setup

Times out every 8 minutes. Needs Firmware update for PS5. Claims compatibility.
Overall, I have big hopes for this product for use on both PS5 and XBOX series X. The setup and installation are very straightforward. I bought this to resurrect my Driving Force GT and not have to drop another $300 for a new wheel for the release of Gran Turismo 7. In any case, it works as advertised except one major problem. Every 8 minutes it stops working completely. It took some trial and error to figure this out, but like clockwork it only functions for 8 minutes across multiple titles. This does not happen on the XBOX X. There is a workaround, where you need to stop racing every 7:59. Unplug the wheel and plug it back in to race for 8 more minutes, but that's hardly the immersive experience race sim drivers are looking for.Unfortunately, there doesn't seem to be any real support for the product, other than a very generic Q & A at the website. So I don't know if there is a ps5 setting that can be tweaked or some other workaround. My only other option to leave a negative review here, and if I can't get a resolution, return it.

PS5 edition of Thrustmaster T248 used for Forza Horizon 5 (Series X). Almost flawless
I have only had the Ras1ution for 2 days, so perhaps take this review with a grain of salt. After updating the firmware and plugging the unit in. The wheel just worked automatically with no real issue. I obviously had to tweak the Advance Settings in Game and on my Wheel, but everything looks to be working as if this was a native Xbox Wheel. So far the only issues I've had were after races or events....during the menu and cut scenes, the wheel would turn all the way left and stay stuck like that until I had control again. Not a big deal really, and as long as that is the only issue, I am very happy. Can't wait to try it when Forza Motorsport 8 (though, I think they got rid of the #) releases later this year. Hopefully it is just as seamless

Force feedback does not work on Xbox 360!
Easy to use...all buttons, pedals and steering wheel work, but force feedback did not work on my Thrustmaster TX on a Xbox 360. I tried several different racing games and updated to firmware on both the adapter and my wheel, still no force feedback. If anyone had success using this adapter with a Xbox 360, I would love to hear about it! Overall this adapter would be great I think on any other console, just not Xbox 360.

It really works!
I am gonna write the review from my experience personally. I kept reading reviews to answer this very question in my head, hope this helps someone. With this adapter I am using a Logitech G29 with an Xbox360, PS4, Switch, and Xbox One. This is exactly what I hoped it would work for. Cross platform it allows you to use any supported wheel on nearly any console, amazing!

mario kart on switch for you?
I decided to try this for the specific purpose of doing some Forza 3, 4, and horizon on the 360, and it was a huge letdown- I was attempting to replay the games with a Logitech G27, and the device identifies the wheel as the Microsoft wireless wheel that I played them on originally- lousy ffb, paddle shifting only, no clutch, etc. Also- it does not work on the original Xbox with a usb adaptor as some have claimed, the device simply doesn't recognize it at all. I don't know about any other wheels/ consoles with it, never tried them with it, I have a Drivehub device for all those- very prompt refund though, no hassle there.

Works great
Needed something to be able to use my G27 setup with my PS4 to play GT7. Initially thought it wasn't going to work and that I would have to return it - but finally found a video deep in YouTube showing you have to press the two center buttons on the gearshift to 'turn on' the wheel (the same as you would the PS button on a controller). Directions it came with are pretty useless. Works great - all buttons function, force feedback works great. Couldn't be happier with overall function. The price was steep - but still cheaper than a new wheel setup. I imagine the creator knows this, and reflects the opportunity in the price.
