This tea is Good for shedding a few pounds. If you are consistent with working out and eating healthy you'll see results faster. At first I was eating crappy and not working out but I saw results. 1 tea bag didn't work for me, I have to use 2. Everyone is different, I heat up my water and let the tea bags set for about 30 minutes so it's potent and strong. I will be honest the bowel movement can be painful as far as stomach cramping but you can instantly see flattening in your abdomen and you feel less bloated. Sorry if this was too much but I wanted to give an honest review of my experience

This is an amazing product!!! Ive tried this before years ago and it worked amazing. I lost 30 pounds in 2 months. I just had 2 children in the last 2 years and needless to say, the weight did not come off easy even with breastfeeding, diet, and exercise. The tea does a wonderful job of helping you lose the excess weight, it curbs your appetite (I never felt hungry) and makes you feel full faster so you eat less. I didnt have to diet while drinking this tea, but Im sure that would speed up the process. Why isnt everyone using this?! Better than any fad diet!!!

This is the worst flavor I have tasted I can't stand it.It's unfortunate I bought a box of 6 package.Amazon gave money back which I bought the flavor I like.Works well if u follow instructions.

I really really love it so much . But it will made me poop so . I will recommend people like us over weight and like to eat. My best bet drink this tea first and because you don't have to eat at all and it will stop thinking about food
