Get something better...
It works ok, but overall I wish I had gone with a more expensive one. The green rubber that helps hold my phone in place is coming off of the holder, so I need to glue it back. I though the little braces would help support weight of the phone, and not completely drag down the vents, but the braces don't even touch the dash at all, so basically they are useless and just look ugly and bulky. There is a little support arm hidden in the back, but it slips out all the time. I can't get the grip on my phone as tight as I want, so I would never have it horizontal, I would be afraid my phone would fall out. If you can afford something better go for it.

Durable and Easy to Use!
This car mount is able to support the weight of an iPhone 6s, iPhone 7 plus (with a case) but has some issues staying in desired angle when driving in bumpy areas. Best functionality when on vehicle is on regular pavement. Use this for work and has some issues staying in desired angle when used for a Samsung Galaxy S6 (with otter box case). The glue that holds the green rubbers that clamp the phone in place are lightly starting to peal off in edges; is expected since area I live can reach up to 110 degrees during the summer time. If at any time you need to remove the mount from installed area and are having difficulty installing on windshield again, try cleaning suction rubber area that attaches to glass. Should work good as new! I strongly recommend, getting more than what you pay for price.

The suction is useless with out the sticky
The suction part that holds the mount to the car has a sticky part to it. Once the sticky part wares off it is no longer usable. The suction is useless with out the sticky. I only had it for a month and it is in the glove department. Over all its a good product

As I'm driving for Uber at the moment
I've only used this three times with my Nexus 5x phone. As I'm driving for Uber at the moment, I needed something that could hold a phone and stick to a surface. I've been mounting this on the dashboard of my Kia Soul and it's been great so far. It holds firmly and my phone is secure. My dashboard is not a smooth surface, but the suction sticks anyhow, so I can't complain. I have no idea if this will stand the test of time, but after using it three times, for a total of maybe 12 or 13 hours, I'm very pleased.

Dont waste your money
It cheap. Doesnt hold upright with the weight of the phone. I have to position it so it rests the bottom on my dash so it wont fall forward. Dont waste your money, buy a better one.
