It doesn't take a lot to get the color you want, and there is very little taste. My favorite so far.

Very good color
I used this Ivory to color fondant for a baby shower cake. It was very easy to work with, there was no taste, and made the fondant a really nice ivory. There is not much else one can ask for in a gel color. :)

Easy to control colors for multiple media
I use Americolor almost exclusively for my cake decorating. I can control how strong or subtle the colors are. It has worked well with buttercream, came batter, royal icing, and fondant!

Lovely tint!
This ivory color give a nice ivory to icing. When added to other gel colors it gves a nice vintage color. Lovely!
