Pearson Ranch Elk Hickory Smoked Summer Sausage, 14 Ounce

I found it quite tasty. Not too salty. I was put off by the fact that it contained pork. I don't eat pork. Yet, some fellow Amazonian customers educated me on WHY the pork was used. So I dropped my attitude and judged the sausage on its merits. You won't regret buying this. It must have been good if I ate it all :)

People I have to say this was one of the worst things I have ever put in my mouth. I have had plenty of elk but this terrible. One small slice and the trash can got the rest. Oh well, Wasn't a good purchase for me, but maybe it's just me.

This is a tasty sausage! Very Pleased.A bit spendy, maybe but I think it's worth the price. Will order again.Want to add, that this is a regular sized chub, for the weight...Not like the little gift pkg rolls in a sample asst...these slice off as regular saltine cracker-size.

Too soon to know but so far it's is very tasty by itself. Need to try it in a variety of settings.
