100 Levels Dog Fence Underground – Dog Shock Fence – Train all Breeds & Sizes Efficiently – 300 Meters of 30AWG Fence Wire (0.8 acres) + 2 Rechargeable Collars

We originally purchased this product because it was the most affordable invisible fence system that included two collars (at the time) so we could keep our 2 labs under control on a 5 acre piece of land. As far as containing the dogs it's been an absolute piece of cake to train them and keep them in our fence boundary. Each dog got 2 shocks after practicing with flags and they've yet to cross the line in the last month, so they learned quick. As soon as they get near the wire and hear the collar beep they pull a 180 and come running back to the middle of the property. We also like that the collars are rechargeable and water resistant. Couldn't be more pleased with this fence product and the company.The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the wire that is included: it's entirely too thin. If I had to guess it's somewhere around 30 gauge wire, but we had another roll saved from a previous fence installation and it was about 18 or 20 gauge wire (much thicker) which was much easier to work with and see when cutting grass before we got it all completely buried. If you're only working with a small yard though I'm sure the wire that's included will work fine. Just be careful burying the wire as it's fragile.For those that are curious about the strength of the shock: I tried it on my hand and it really doesn't hurt. It's enough to startle you and make you back up but it doesn't hurt. Our dogs did yelp and jump during the training when they were shocked but probably more because it scared them than hurt them! Just remember a split second of startled dog is better than a runaway or injured pooch.

I recently purchased this product and had a few issues /w it and a few likes for it. Overall I feel that is is "close" the being a good product with a few changes. The overall install was not too bad but I ran into a few hiccups with the product. If I could go back I might have purchased a different product.My main complaints are as follows:1. The wire gauge is tiny and I feel it is too small to protect for accidental breakages etc.. I ended up spend an extra $20 and buying replacement wire from Lowe's. The original wire is maybe 22AWG if I had to guess, I feel the product pricing could be raised $10-$15 and still be kept under $100 and come with decent wiring that isn't so susceptible to breakages.2. The collar prongs don't seem to make good contact. I had to shave my dogs neck almost to the skin for this to have any effect on her. At first after install with either of the prongs, there was no correction at all and thought the product may had been broken.3. The collar has no shock level adjustment. This is a big downside in my opinion. Once I was able to get the collars working properly after shaving my dogs neck the correction seemed very strong. My dog howled and reacted VERY strongly to the correction. I have a training collar I have for her where I can lower the shock level and even a minor correction from that at the lowest level works for her. This correction was very strong and she shivers now when she goes outside afraid she is going to be shocked again. Not all dogs are the same, and I think the level has to be adjustable for this to be a effective product. This may end up causing me to remove the system and end up replacing it /w a competitor system but not sure if I want to deal with that yet.4. The collar seems to occasionally randomly go off. I keep it at level 1 and even that is almost a 5ft range from the wire. Since I have a smaller yard (.45 Acre) it restricts her more than I wished. Even at level 1 I have seen it go off randomly in the middle of the yard (With no wires within 20 ft).5. The rechargeable collar can only be charged by disconnecting the base system. This is frustrating as you can't let the dog out on a 2nd collar while the 1st is charging.Overall I feel this product is what it is.. a very entry level system. I think it would have been better off buying another system that had some of these missing features.Edit: Lowered to 1 star. Seller promised replacement wire which was never sent. Finally had to purchase more replacement wire. Collars still randomly go off even not near the line. Go with a different brand.

More effective than the most expensive equipment around. Only took twice for my dog to learn the boundaries - then once he heard the beep- he walked quickly in the opposite direction! He was digging out of a fenced in yard to get out; was almost at my wits end -he even dug out under a hot wire around the fence- but there was no getting around this! Now - he doesn't even wear the collar- he sees the boundaries and will not get too close! Absolutely wonderful! Very satisfied!

I am having problems with getting this to work, it goes off anywhere around the kids trampoline and swing set but the line is not anywhere near them. The package does not say anything about this happening and I have been unable to find a way to contact someone from the company we ordered from.

I have used it for three weeks and it is working well for my two boxers. I like the rechargeable batteries are a big plus. The only reason for the missing star was the wire that is sent with it. More so the spool was too small to hold all the wire.UPDATED - So I had too many breaks in the provided wire so I bought 20ga wire and retrenched the perimeter. Now the issue is that with the increased size of wire the transmission is stronger and inducing the frequency into the house electrical system causing the shocks in the house that others are experiencing. It is difficult to avoid the buried utilities as they are running on the perimeter of our lot. After two months of trial and error I hung it up, and bought an Innotek system with no issues whatsoever. I feel the transmitters are too sensitive and don't allow for adjustment - even with the power set at 01 of 100 it is still picking up the induced RF from our electrical system. Collars are beeping near outlets, switches etc.

The fence is working as advertised. Only having one charging cord when I have 3 dogs is a problem. I'm charging the collars through the night while the dogs are in the house but it is a nuisance to set my alarm for 4 hours to switch the collars on the charger and having to remember to reattach the cord to the fence in the morning or the fence is worthless.

Nice product. Easy to install. Only issue is that, the charger for the collar is the same one you use for the main unit. As such, you have to turn off the unit to charge the collar. Other than that, this unit is working well compared to other cheaper Invisible Fence that I've bought before.
