PawPrince Extra Reciever Collar - Underground Fence for Dog

This is a very early review which I will update once I get the system working on my puppies. I bought 2 extra collars so I could have a spare charging while the others are in use. The problem with this system is that I need to use the power cord that supplies power to the fence to charge the collars. I find this a huge problem since I need to charge the spare collar when I realize it is going dead so that I'm prepared when the next collar goes dead and still have the fence operating in order to keep the other dogs inside. Why is there only one charging connection? When I bought the extra collars, why wasn't a 2nd power cord an option for purchase? I have looked on Amazon and cannot even find an option to purchase another power cord. Very frustrating!Follow-up July 14, 2015: I've been contacted by the company (had a small problem with the return phone # Jill left) and I'm attempting to resolve the issue of the extra power cord. The fence is working great and the puppies are responding wonderfully-- it's just a pain to time recharging 3 collars in the night while the dogs are crated.Review July 16, 2015: Received the final answer from PawPrince. I am to take the original charger to a local electronics store and I will be able to purchase additional chargers. This is fine, the fence will work wonderfully when I return with my purchase but I will only give them 4 stars because this could easily have been avoided by offering an additional charger when purchasing additional collars. It requires 4 hours to charge one collar, one power cord is included to operate the fence which doubles as a charger for the collars, and multiple collars are purchased (the selling point I liked); the math indicates that the fence will be inoperable in 4 hour increments x the number of collars that are in use as the collars lose their charge--hence, a foreseen problem.August 4, 2015: Sadly, I am making one more entry into my review. I have a total of 4 receivers and 2 no longer correct my pets. I have two 3 month old Great Pyrenees puppies and an older dog, one of the puppies frequently escapes the fence (set at 55) because he has discovered that it doesn't always work and if he runs toward the fence it increases the odds of it not working. I can no longer return this product so I'm just hoping that the problems are fixed before it is placed on the market again.

Took a few times for me to figure out the best wiring outline for my needs,all in all works good and my doggies are already staying in the yard after a few runnouts.Is only the first day of use so the response seems great

PawPrince dog rechargeable dog collar does not work. I received two of them with the PawPrince fence. The testers which I received two of also do not work. The wire & plugin unite does work. I have the fence since June & have just tried to install it so was disappointed it did not work & of course even though it was installed Aug.29,2015 I can't return it & of course I have had no help from PawPrince/Amazon. I would say this product should be taken off the market since no one cares to help with it. I a very disappointed of course so will look for another company. Maura Fleck

WE purchased a Paw Prince shock collar to add to our existing system last week. We got the collar promptly, and that's it...no bill opf materials, no user guide, no phone number for questions, no return address, no nothing. At the moment, it is useless...perhaps this note will spur some action.

Did not come with a charge. With the fence only one charger. Takes forever to charge 4 collars
