I bought a M/L and it fits perfectly. I can adjust however I would like to. I wear it during the day and take it off in the evening. I was having really bad swelling and back pain. Now, I only have some back pain if I bend over too much. The belly belt has helped take away most of the pain and support my third trimester belly. I can move around in it and it’s is very lightweight. I would recommend it! I love this brand as well!

I’ve had a lot of SI and sacrum pain in my pregnancy, so this band has helped a lot. It doesn’t ride up on me as long as I wear it under my clothes, directly against my skin. However, the tag warns to avoid direct skin contact and recommends wearing a shirt underneath. I haven't had any irritation, but if I follow the instructions and wear it over a shirt it rides up and is uncomfortable. The velcro is easy to put on and adjust once you get used to it, but it attaches in the back so there is a learning curve. There is a mesh panel on the belly that gives good airflow. The sides/back have a lot of horizontal stretch but very little vertical stretch, so it feels supportive while not being constrictive. The instructions also say to hand wash only and I would stick to that. I feel like the velcro would catch on everythign if you put this into the washing machine.

My great granddaughter's are very thankful for it. It eases their pain and they can sleep better.

My wife used this pregnancy belly band during her pregnancy. We ordered it mainly because of the affordable price, but unfortunately, the support wasn’t as good as we expected. She experienced round ligament pain and didn’t feel that the band provided enough support. It also didn’t provide enough back support, and the band kept becoming loose while she was wearing it, so she had to adjust it frequently. On hot days, sweating also made it uncomfortable to wear for long periods. It may work for someone looking for light support, but if you need good belly and back support, we would recommend considering other options.

Really helps with ligament pain, and adding support while trying to do daily chores or leave the house. Was definitely big enough, and I usually tighten it pretty well. Go for a bigger size, cause you can always wrap it around you more as opposed to smaller store sizes. Definitely used throughput my pregnancy.

I ordered this to wear during a HYROX. I worked great to help support my belly at 23 weeks and was very comfortable. I’m still wearing it now for my walks at 26 weeks and it has plenty of room to grow with me until the end of pregnancy. The Velcro sticks great and I have had no issues with it. I have yet to wash it so I can’t speak to how it would hold up.
