Neat stapler!
I got this in an effort to stop using staples. I was a little hesitant, but it seemed like a cool idea, so I tried it. I couldn't be more surprised. It is very well-made, and has lasted about a year so far. It rarely needs to be emptied, and holds the paper together very well. Easy to use, and works great!

Great for the price
I bought this and the Kokuyo Harinacs Stapleless Stapler to compare them to each other. The Koyuko Harinacs stapler had better instructions (even though they were in Japanese and I only know English, it had diagrams illustrating how it is best used) and I personally think it has a cooler-looking design, but it was far more expensive (bought it for about $21, including shipping). I also liked that the Koyuko Harinacs one has a viewing window which allows the user to see exactly where the staple will be punched. The Plus Paper Cinch has some transparent plastic so that the user can make a good guess as to where the staple will be made, but it's not exact. Also, the Plus Paper Cinch can balance a better on its own for single-handed stapling (though this balance is not perfect), whereas I must use two hands to operate the Koyuko Harinacs one. Both have the same mechanism for stapling, and since it doesn't use staples, my fancy wooden desk will be saved from many little scratches! When using staple-free staplers, I recommend using 2 "staples" at 90 degrees to each other so that neither of them comes apart. They should put that in the instructions, but they don't for this stapler. It would be great if they came out with a staple-free stapler with a greater capacity of 16 sheets or so, such that its utility increases. 4 sheets of paper is okay if you staple packets of this size or smaller regularly. I tried stapling 10 sheets of computer paper together with this to see if it would work, because they fit into the gap for papers to be stapled. It worked to staple them together, but I had to yank the papers out because they staple blade got stuck in them. After many repeated uses stapling large quantities of paper together, I imagine that the spring mechanism would become brittle and break. If it is only used to staple together 4 sheets of paper or fewer as it was meant to, it will stay in great shape and last for a long time. Overall, this is a neat little stapler. Sometimes, I let my colleagues and clients borrow it and they wish they had their own.

I love it, coworkers are still warming up to it
I love that it doesn't use staples and is a fairly sturdy hold, within reason. It's very light. It works through normal paper as well as receipt paper. I've done up to 3 papers no problem. If you don't need a more permanent hold, it's wonderful. I use it at work because most customers just throw their receipts away once they're home anyhow. No more worrying about running staples through a shredder, less waste on the environment, and cute (but limited) color range. But I still will use a "real" stapler if I think the customer will keep it or for important papers. My only 2 complaints are that it isn't too deep, so you can't position the hole with much flexibility. You have to push it in as far as it will go or you run the risk of it punching through the top. The other is that the bottom slips out fairly often if not holding it right. Imagine the battery section on your remote slides off too easy. It's like that. I did buy another one for myself for at home, so don't be dismayed by the cons! Just be aware is all.

The product was delivered very safely. I'm very glad that I bought this. The best thing about it is there is no need to run for getting pins in your last moment of submitting assignment or being afraid of less amount of pins. This is a legit money saver and there is no rusting here as it's only paper to paper process and the clincher will be longlasting rather than the old style paper staples. Max of 5 papers can be clinched at a time and that's quite impressive and the bond is quite strong compared to two paper clinched together.i have attached the pictures of the clinching process.hope this review is helpful

This staple-less stapler works well. It does take a few tries to get it right though. Underneath the stapler there is a slide out piece which I have no idea what it’s for. The “staples” work well and create a tight hold. However, some staples don’t hold correctly and might need to be staples again.
