I bought this fryer a week ago thinking it was going to be better than the one I bought a month ago from the Simple Living brand.I had to return it after three days of receiving it since it had a factory fault between the pot and the machine, it seems that it was not doing well the contact between the two to turn on the menu screen I will not deny that I loved the first day I got it was very practical and I liked the menu and the function of the touch buttons on the screen was fabulous now I was looking between several brands several models one that I like and that does not fail me because I am new buying this product I bought the Gourmia brand I am not entirely satisfied because it does not have many specifications photos or videos of the machine to know the correct way to use it even if It is nothing out of this world to use it I do not know if I am wrong but the machine does not have a pause button so you can stop what you are cooking in this case you have to pull the handle of the pot to just stop the machine and the hot air fan when you reinsert the pot into the machine automatically starts working again without your having ordered it, it also does not have a reset button so you can restart cooking your food from the beginning instead of using the arrows <> or symbols of plus + or minus- or when you want to start from scratch or cook twice the same thing does not have the vegetable cooking mode instead of putting chicken wings and then poultry that you come to do the same they would have put vegetable cooking on the menu that is my sincere opinion anyway I am going to investigate further he went into the menu of the new fryer and I will wait patiently for my refund of the first machine that I bought and I will put the video of that machine what failed me

I'd like to expand my cooking doing cakes or muffins and want to know if there's a generic accessory's package out there so you can cook 2 things at once. I've had mine almost 2 weeks I love it bought at the recommendation of my sister. She raved all the time. While on the phone she had to click over her husband was calling. She clicks back and her husband was calling to suggest dinner and he wanted to cook it. WOW ! She told me get a big one you won't regret it. I have plenty of room to cook food for 2 and it's got lots of room to shake and move around for even cooking.So far so good. I have had this for 2 weeks. I like it.I have had this for several months and I LOVE THIS. It is so easy to clean but you have to remember to cut cooking time to a quarter of the time first . Then only add a minute or two and keep checking for doneness to you get the hang of it then you'll know and it will become faster and it's not takeout so healthy for you !

I absolutely love this air fryer . It has large capacity and can add chicken fingers and tater tots in with ease . Don’t have to stop it half way through and shake it up like you have to do with other brands . I love the easy to use digital panel . I’ve had a previous air fryer that lasted about 6 months before the non stick covering started to peel off during cleaning. The food stuck to the air grates and was very difficult to clean off . NOT with this one. This has a fine non stick finish on the inside air grates that cleans with ease. Just hot soap and water and don’t have to spend time soaking it and waiting to clean it . It add a nice appearance on the counter and matches the shine if stainless steel with my other appliances .

I think this unit appears to be a quality item. However there aren't any accessories. And I wish there were some extra racks to use. 1 other thing I've I found very quickly is its a pain in the butt to remove items without taking a chance on burning yourself. The literature warns about grease/oil dumping out the side of the oven's removable drawer. But I used it twice now and both times spilled grease. An internal removable vented pan with a handle would help solve this dangerous issue. I glad that I don't have kids at home that would use the as I know they would have been burned, because they probably would have done the same thing I did.

We love this thing. We've only had it a few weeks, and we've cooked bacon, biscuits, steaks, wings, pork chops, toast, and frozen snack foods (pizza rolls, nuggets, etc) in it. It's extremely easy to use, the heat output aims at an upward angle and isn't as bad as I thought it would be (we sit ours on the kitchen island so it is away from walls and cabinets, but the angle of the output means we can still have things on the counter behind it). It's incredibly easy to use, and really easy to clean.

After one year of service this unit died, I contacted customer service and was no help.used one day a week and cleaned regularly and just stopped working, customer service sayspay to send to New York, we will tell what it cost to fix or replace. find another brand to buy !!!!

This is our first air fryer and we love it. So far our favorites are meat balls, chicken wings, and bacon! If I only had to make bacon in it I'd still get it. I've also made biscuits in it and they were delicious. We've had it for several months now and there are no issues. My husband who wasn't happy at first with another "gadget" purchase is very glad we have this now.

I LOVE this air fryer! The basket is HUGE! You can put everything in here! Chicken bacon fries fish steak nuggets the list can go on and on. The digital display is VERY fancy and it’s so easy to clean. You literally just take the tray out wash it and wash the bucket and dry it or you can just throw it in the dishwasher.
