Black & Magenta not working.
I like the fact that it's very affordable however the black and magenta toners were defective.

Poor Color Quality
I'm not getting good printing from these cartridges the color comes out super faded and pasteli It's horrible looking

A Great Price and Good Customer Service!
Revised review. Initially returned the toner cartridges because they did not work in my printer due to improper installation. I was contacted by Manufacturer to try the product again with their compliments and they sent me the product with installation instructions. My printer accepted the toner cartridge and printing was successful. I really appreciated the great customer service rendered, but more impressive is the affordable price for their product.

Great customer service
I originally had issues with leaking cartridges. They fixed the problem and gave me a free replacement. Some times things happen, so it's great when you get what you expect. Would definitely order from them again.

OEM Quality at a good Value
I purchased this for my HP laser. The value of this is awesome when you compare to OEM. The printer took it without any problems from the firmware, and this is my second purchase of all the toners.

Acts Like OEM
Product installed easily and HP LaserJet thanked me for installing an OEM replacement. Have purchased others and while they all seemed to work fine the printer gave me grief about not using OEM toners. Value priced and OEM like works for me.

Compatible
No me fue tan mal puesto que recibi mi devolución.Pero en cuanto al producto, nisiquiera lo pude probar ya que mi impresora Laser Jet M277dw no fue compatible como lo dice en el anuncio, no me quede contenta puesto que tuve que pagar yo 700 pesos del envio y obviamente los regreso por que no funcionan correctamente en mi impresora, (truena horrible y bailan los cartuchos cuando intenta imprimir) no por que no me hayan gustado. Considero que deberian probar mejor sus productos antes de decir que tienen compatibilidad y evitar este tipo de situaciones.
