This item is perfect. I ordered a medium as well because the event was short notice and I wasn't sure about sizing but this fit perfectly. 5'3, fluctuate between 115 & 120 lbs so my the waistline on inches varies. The small however is great, the elastic means that regardless of my fluctuation I am confident the skirt will fit. It looks incredible under my dress which already has a bit of fullness but I personally like a little extra. The quality is unbeatable, especially for the price. I have very sensitive skin due to a medical condition and I had no problems with the crinoline bothering me through the slip. I can't recommend this item more!

Love this product. Bought to go along with a 50's dress I purchased at the same time from a different seller. I am sorry to say the dress did not fit, but the petticoat from Grace Karen did! I love the fit, it is stretchy without losing elasticity and does not dig into my sides with the elastic. Kind of has a spanx like effect on my stomach area which is nice. Not itchy like some petticoats may be. Honestly it is a really quality product. It is made from high quality materials and you can tell it will stand the test of time.

For sizing, I'm a short and muscular 5ft, with 36in hips and a 26in waist. I slide the black waistband closer to my natural waist, covering up my belly button. This skirt fits wonderfully! I haven't tried it under any heavy weight fabrics, but under light-weight cloth like the LuLaRoe clothing line, it adds just the amount of volume I was hoping for. If I had a complaint, it would be across the board about tulle skirts: They can be scratchy. If the liner rides up or down, it can make your legs a tad itchy. I solved the problem with a pair of tights.

Fits well and is comfortable. It provides volume, but isn't too bulky. You can sit comfortably in it, without it seeming too poofy. I had it dry-cleaned before wearing. It has an attached inner "slip" made of a silky material, which protects your skin from the tulle. The bottom edges of the tulle may occasionally rub against your skin, however dry-cleaning it before wearing softens the material enough that it won't scratch you. Based on others' comments, I may store it inside-out to take up less room. It's the perfect length and width for the dress referenced in the following link. I Bought this for my 16 year old for a mystery party. She wore it under a swing dress. Very cute and gave it just enough puff to fill out the dress. It was a tab big and the waist part does stretch, but it still worked well. She is 5’5” and 104 pounds and wore a small. The material stretches so I would imagine 110-130 pounds could fit as well.

I'm 5'6" 110lbs and I ordered a small in black and it fits PERFECTLY! It has a little slip that goes between the tulle and ur legs so it doesn't scratch at all. It poofs out perfectly and looks great under a dress I bought recently! The waist band is elastic and u can adjust how high sits on ur waist. Best purchase ever!

I bought this tutu to go underneath a dress for a vintage photo shoot. It worked great for that purpose. I would suggest buying a size up if you plan on wearing this more than once. I bought my normal size (small as I'm a 5-6) and had to rip it a bit to get it to fit past my hips.

If you want to wear cute 50s style full skirted dresses, but don't want to invest in an authentic vintage petticoat, this is for you! It works great, and I get compliments on my outfits evert single time I wear it! 99.9 percent of the people who see me in this wouldn't know authentic vintage if it hit them over the head, and honestly no one has ever looked under my skirt to analyze if it was a repro, or the real Mccoy! It is comfortable and there is a lot of stretch in the waist and hip area, I believe it would fit a wide variety of body types with ease. Save your vintage pennies, buy this and use your saving for even more cute dresses!!
