One does NOT have to use the whole package! We add it to soups and sauces, if something is missing but don't know what. Mild flavor, we add a bit of curry - use it with meat, mushrooms, vegetables etc.Very good quality!

This German stroganoff mix is absolutely delicious and made without any undesirable additives. Will order again, but sure wish it was a bit more reasonably priced.
