Got this to make homemade vanilla extract for Christmas gifts. I’ve never smelled something so pure, I washed my hands about 5 times before the smell stopped lingering, it was also really satisfying slicing the shell to expose the centre of the beans, very strong level of hydration and good texture, was clear they were of high quality and not dried out so looking like it’s going to produce some lovely tasting Christmas goodies!
