My picky kid does not take any multivitamins but this. Packaging is okay. Vitamins quality is great. It has a sour taste but my son swallows it with ease.

My toddler loves the flavor and hardly ever gives a fuss about having to take this in the morning. Makes life easier knowing she gets a boost of needed vitamins every day.

It's hard to get my son to eat. I worry about his nutrition intake all the time... he is also picky about vitamins! After trying several brands that were chewable that I had to crush and try and hid in yogurt, or juice style powder that I tried to mix with all different juices and he STILL hated it... this is the one he will finally take! I have no problem having him take this. It doesn't taste great... but not as bad as most! It's thick and sort of caugh syrupy but it goes down! After using this for almost a month I noticed my sons son's appetite increase! I don't know if it's because his body is getting what he was lacking, or if he's just growing and finally getting hungry... either way the vitamin is helping. I will definitely order again.

Found out my son is allergic to nettle, nettle is in this. So just ask your pediatrician to do a full allergy test before starting anything like this. Trust me, nettle allergy and not knowing what it is because it's not presenting like an allergy is probably the scariest mom moment I've had so far. On top of my child being nonverbal and severely autistic he could not say what was wrong and since it presented strange not even the two ers would help. My 4 stars is not for my sons reaction, it seemed like it would have been great if we could have stayed on it longer than a week

This is the worst tasting supplement I have ever tried. I gave my child the recommended dose and he nearly threw up. Seeing how upset he was, I decided I needed to try it myself, and also nearly got ill. There is a metallic vegetable flavor that permeates the whole dose. This was recommended by my child’s doctor, and I will need to inform them about how this vitamin is not at all palatable. Save your money and buy another liquid vitamin.

I needed supplements per my PCP but OTC vitamins make me nauseous. This formula is bio available and I have no issues at all. I mix in at least 8 oz of water along with my collogen, electrolytes, and creatine. I am in my late 50's and have noticed a marked difference in my energy level. So thankful for the no nausea thing.
