Good price, great soup, excellent service. TBF, some of the cans arrived dented. The 12 cans seem to be half of a 24 can case. That meant they rolled around in the box. Box was fine, but some cans dented. Although there's a No return policy for this item, Amazon does offer a refund or replacement. They quickly refunded the cost. Yes, I'd have preferred the cans not to be dented, but good Customer Service makes me happy.

All in perfect condition and packed really well, excellent, good price, will buy again !

Why cant i return a damaged product?

I LOVE this soup! I ALWAYS have. I have purchased this soup from this seller a few times. I always try to give them the benefit of the doubt. I am just not happy that at least a quarter of the cans are always very dented! I am worried at freshness because I don't know how long they have been like this. AND, they were delivered in an Amazon box which was undamaged, so they were packaged like this.

This soup is so good!! I have been looking for years for a tomato soup that was not overpoweringly sweet and this one fits the bill. Even with this soup, I add lemon and plum vinegar to knock out the slight sweet taste. I often eat the soup cold, out of the can and add chopped vegetables like cucumbers, peppers, and tomatoes. I have absolutely no problem recommending this soup to the tomato soup lovers out there!

I order a batch of cans of soup a few times a year. Yes, they are expensive. But, they are worth it for me. My Brit friends got me hooked by adding in some cooked pasta into the warming soup and adding a little cheese on top. So yummy!The reason I gave this 3 stars is often the soup gets to me very dented. Not light tends mind you, but the can looking like it is buckling in half. Which is worrisome as denting can mean two things. One, poor handling of said cans. Or two, the item inside the can is bad and starting to buckle the can. I was taught not to ever eat anything from a dented can and i mainly stick to that as a rule.However, on these soups I haven't found one bad yet and the expiration is good. So, mishandling the cans. Then it becomes, is this happening with the sellers or with the shipping? I assume shipping. But I think, with this price point, they could and should protect the cans a bit better in shipping.

I love mushroom soup, but not just any soup, it has to be Heinz, I have always had this soup, I didn't like soup as a rule, but my mum bought this for me to try and since that Friday night it was always Heinz mushroom soup on the Friday night. Why I hear you say well I can not stand soup of any kind unless it is one other but that is a clear soup, with veg in. But, this is not even better it was a thick soup, and it was full of mushroom peices. But now it's a thin soup, which tastes a little like mushroom soup but really it seems to have changed, it used to be a thick creamy soup with mushroom peices in it. Now the bits are in it but even they are thin on the ground so what am I paying for mushroom bits that could fill a teaspoon while when I first started to have it the taste was so different you would think you were actually eating mushroom soup. Not a coloured water with a few bits of mushroom peices in . Therefore as t has changed like most things today I've decided that I do not want to buy it again.

Excellent sauce base. Regularly purchase this.
