I've heard of glutathione because it's very popular for skin whitening in the philippines. I don't have any interest in lightening my skin tone because i'm not very dark to begin with. However someone told me that it clears up acne, and i have a moderate amount of acne on my face but importantly, i have a lot of acne scars that are seriously red without foundation. So i did some research on glutathione and found out that the best way to use this product is intavenously, but it is so freaking expensive. You will spend thousands. According to my research glutathione is not absorbed well by the GI tract BUT liposomal glutathione can be absorbed even when taken orally, so i decided to give this product a try, as it is one of the cheapest in the market. Boy, oh boy! Was i happy that i gave this product a try! A week after using this product, i began to see results. I was on my period, and i didn't have a breakout!!! My skin was absolutely lighter and it was glowing. At first i thought i was the only one seeing the results, but my mom and my dad noticed it. All of my co-workers said my skin was glowing, and they kept asking me what i was using. I did not change anything with my skincare regimen, not even my eating or sleeping habits so i know that it was this product that helped my skin. Base the dosage on your weight. Generally people have to take 1000-2000mg of glutathione everyday. I think it's 10mg per lb. so if u weigh 150 lbs, u need 1500 a day and just divide your dosage into 2-3 servings a day. My research said it takes about 4 months to see results as you will need to achieve a certain level of glutathione in your system. But it only took me a week to see results. If anything, this product gives u more energy and it doesnt't have harmful side effects. It's one of the most important antioxidants your body needs so if you have a little bit of money to spare, i suggest try it coz there's no harm anyways.

I've been on blood pressure medication for years, due to an issue with a pregnancy 37 years ago. It wan't quite enough to get my blood pressure down to an acceptable range. I've been taking the glutathione for 2 weeks now, and blood pressure reading was spot on normal this morning. This was just the boost I needed. I realize that there is nothing that works for everyone, but this is working for me :>))

Okay. I write few reviews. With few words.But I need to say something about this. I take a lot of supplements. At least 60. So I can't take 60 pills a day. I take certain ones every day calcium magnesium zinc etc. I'm 64. The others, I think of at the moment, what do I FEEL like I need ? A bit ago I noticed my eyes were bothering me-always dry. My hearing was diminished. I haven't been able to smell much of anything for years. I go in spurts. I take things I read about. Black seed oil, beet root- just what ever I read about that day. So since I order a few things at a time,when I notice an improvement, I cant say what caused it.All of a sudden I could see better-turn down the volume, and I could smell. But all of a sudden, my eyes were bad again ,I had to really turn up the volume, And again, could smell nothing. What happened. I ordered glutamine br mistake. It took me a month to figure out what had caused the improvement. And what I had done wrong. And the really funny thing is - they say- glutathione pills can't pass the blood /brain barrier. Maybe not. But I really like being able to hear, to smell, and not have painfully dry eyes. I'd try it.

I've read all over online how Glutathione can lighten skin and improve complexion, as well as help to rid acne. I only bought a small amount as like with anything else, I had to be a bit skeptical. This stuff works! I've only been taking this stuff for about 2 weeks, and my acne has completely cleared up! Its gone! Also, I have melasma ( sun damaged skin), and I've tried everything to lighten my skin and clear my complexion, but nothing really worked all that great. This stuff got rid of the large dark areas of my face, mostly caused by several years of rosacea. My skin is literally glowing from this stuff, I even feel good from it. I recommend this product! I will be buying more. I had laser surgery (IPL) on my face 4 times to remove spider veins ( busted capillaries) on my face, but it did nothing for the sun damage itself. My dermatologist recommended a prescription for Hydroquinone. It didn't work, infact it caused hyperpigmentation of my face, making the situation alot worse. I'm also getting really good results from using Kojic acid preparations from "cape fear naturals", and "Reviva Labs". Both work well, but the Reviva Labs one has a 15spf sun screen, while the other does not. I am a male working in the adult industry, and maintaining good health, exercise, and healthy appearance is very important for me. I've struggled to maintain my looks, as my career depends on it. Hopefully one day I will get into something different, but for now I have no choice.

I didn't really notice a difference. I usually LOVE Now vitamins so I think this was just too low dosage
