At first I was thinking this couldn’t be good. I used slow cooker first time and came out really good. The smell drove me nuts with hunger the entire time it was cooking. Recently I tried those birria balls as the safety seal is known to open up during transport on the jars. I had a spare I totally forgot on top shelf that rescued my experiments with those birria balls. 1 jar with almost 4 lbs of meat was a bit too flavorful and I decided to throw in bland meat from the balls. It completely evened out the blandness from the balls and mellowed the one I just cooked. All in all it tasted so much better. Thinking I’ll stick to this brand from now on.

love the taste. have used it many times. no need to buy a bunch of ingredients for my birria tacos. love it and i keep purchasing

Too spicy imo. Which is unfortunate because the competitor ball version is very expensive, this is a better value, but just can’t handle the heat. If you like spicy things you’ll like it. If I enjoyed it I’d give it 5 stars but dosent take away that it was packaged nice, seal intact, and fresh. Just not for me.

The product itself was amazing. I did add water and I feel it could have used more just to not be so over powering with flavor. But it was delicious. The packaging on the other hand, one of the containers was busted and made a mess

I haven't cooked with it yet but we did taste it and it's very tasty, the seal was intact and it arrived quickly I'm looking forward to cooking it with it soon

Used this with a beef blade AAA it turned out amazing . It’s salty but adding water as it cooks helps
